All products sold by Desert Bloom Research Supply are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. Products are NOT for human or animal consumption, and are not classified as drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices.

By placing an order, you certify that you are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a qualified research institution, and that products will be used solely for lawful research purposes.

Orders placed before 1pm MT on business days typically ship the same day. Standard transit within the continental US is 2–4 business days via UPS or USPS.

Temperature-sensitive products ship with insulated packaging and ice packs at no additional cost. Overnight options are available at checkout.

All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging. International shipping is available to select countries — please contact us prior to ordering.

Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Opened or used products are non-returnable due to the nature of research materials. If a product arrives damaged or does not match its COA, contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.

We collect only the information needed to fulfill your order and respond to inquiries: name, organization, shipping address, billing details, and email.

We never sell or rent your personal information. Order data is shared only with shipping carriers and payment processors as required to deliver your purchase.
